A Scandinavian felling “Los (Moose)” axe is artistically made by our craftsmen. The axe is made from У16А steel at “Sibirskiy bulat” workshop. Working area hardness 60-62 HRC. The axe has deep blueing “Raven wing”. The exterior engraving is hand-made employing various techniques. A young and an adult moose on each cheek reflect energy and wisdom. Other elements combining silver and brass engraving symbolize beauty and joy of life.
The handle is made from long-fiber Amur oak aged more than 100 years and adorned with “wire” engraving. Complex technique of axe fitting, numerous dipping and polishing guarantee long-life and reliability of this beautiful tool.
A leather case and sheath are included. |
